Pregnancy is a lot. Beautiful, exciting, emotional… and sometimes more than a little uncomfortable! This dedicated prenatal yoga class is a chance to slow down, move gently, and feel supported through every stage of the journey.
Unlike a regular yoga class, prenatal yoga is designed specifically for the pregnant body - with safe movement, supportive modifications, breathwork, and plenty of rest built in.

A regular yoga practice adapted for pregnancy can help ease many common symptoms, including joint pain, stiffness, swelling, digestive discomfort, fatigue, stress, and trouble sleeping. Gentle movement and stretching help you feel more comfortable, mobile, and at ease in your changing body
