Vinyasa

Vinyasa yoga

Typically, we start with some grounding exercises to  start to  focus the mind into the present. After  gently warming up the body, we move through some more dynamic sequences before challenging ourselves with some longer held balances and stretches, then settling into some seated and reclined stretches before the final asana  of our yoga practice, savasana (or deep relaxation).  Expect to get warm and energised, and to leave feeling better than you did when you arrived!

Yoga Forward Bend
Slow Flow

Slow flow yoga

This is a slowly flowing class to improve mind/body connection, strength, flexibility and balance. Postures (asanas) are held for longer than in the vinyasa classes allowing you time to establish each pose, feel grounded and explore. Very suitable for those newer to yoga or looking for a more reflective practice. Leave self judgement at the door, relax and unwind.
