Booking and cancellation
Block bookings are for a course of classes, payable in advance, and are non-refundable. You can also book and pay on an ad hoc/ drop-in basis - please check that there is space for you before making your way to class and give 12 hours notice if you have booked and have to cancel a class to allow your space to be offered to someone else. For students or those or in challenging circumstances I can offer a reduced rate so please get in touch if this applies to you. Please arrive 5 minutes early for class when possible, take off your shoes, turn off your phone and make yourself comfortable on your mat.
