Booking and cancellation
Payment should be made in advance before you attend a class. Block bookings are for a time limited course of classes and don't carry over from term to term. Payments for block booked classes are non-refundable unless in the case of serious illness or other emergency, please discuss with me if there is any difficulty. If you're unable to make a class you have prebooked, I may be able to offer you a space on an alternative day - please contact me if this is the case and I'll do my best to help you. You can also book and pay on a drop-in basis - please check that there is space for you before making your way to class as due to small class sizes your booking isn't guaranteed until you've received confirmation. Please give 2 hours notice if you have booked on a drop in basis and have to cancel a class. If I need to cancel a class (due to illness or personal issues) which you have paid for in advance I will refund you the full amount or offer a transfer. A discretionary concession may be available if you are on a low income, please contact me to discuss in confidence if this applies to you. Please arrive 5 minutes early for class when possible, take off your shoes, turn off your phone and make yourself comfortable on your mat.
